Join us in the Main Church for a concert with our Sacred Heart School choir and band followed by cookies and hot chocolate!

Welcome Area in Gym Lobby
Begin your day with a warm holiday welcome in our Gym Lobby from our staff and volunteers! You will be greeted with a free cup of cider, free door prize ticket, and a smile. We will help you navigate our campus to make sure you are up to date on all of the festive happenings at this year's event.
Free bags to first 100 guests.
Christmas Bazaar in the Gym
Enter our large gymnasium with area and local vendors of all kinds selling their crafts and homemade gifts. Wander over to the middle of the gym to our parish tables full of baked good, raffle baskets, jewelry, apparel, and handknit items provided by local seniors at Catholic Charities. Purchase some beautiful Christmas flower arrangements courtesy of our Sacred Heart Flower Brigade group. We will also be finalizing orders for Sacred Heart apparel, which will arrive in time for Christmas!
Mainstage Entertainment in the Gym
Enjoy holiday music from 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM on our gym stage.
9:00 AM – 10:00 AM – Sendero de Luz Spanish Choir
10:00 AM – 1:00 PM – Jazz Quartet with “A Charlie Brown Christmas”
1:00 – 2:00 PM – Crystal (our Sacred School Music Teacher) and Alec Arnold
2:00 – 3:00 PM – Christmas Caroling with Kevin Callahan (Our Sacred Heart Parish Director of Music)
Breakfast with Santa with the Knights of Columbus
Visit with Santa in our West Room, receive a special treat, and enjoy pancakes, juice, sausage, and bacon! Tickets can be reserved now or also purchased at the event.

Santa’s Workshop in the Media Center
With a few dollars and a shopping list, your little one can shop for moms and dads for Christmas! Santa and his elves can help children choose from a wide array of gifts that any parent would love! Don't forget to stop by the face painting area!
Fr. Jerry Treasures and Tea Room
Located in the Mother Seton Room and Room 105, this area will be a can't miss shopping stop! First, enjoy coffee, tea, and pastries (including Fr. Jerry's famous cinnamon rolls while supplies last) for a freewill donation.
Then, browse our collection of gently used items including
home décor, religious items, artwork, CDs/albums, books, Christmas items, purses, bags, wallets, bowls, trays, candles, lamps, tables, puzzles, nativity sets and more!
Wreath Sales by the Girl Scouts in the Courtyard
Fresh wreaths for sale in the courtyard area between the Little Church and Main Church. $30 per wreath with your choice of bow.

Prayer in the Main Church with the Life in the Spirit Group
Stop by our Main Church to pray for your loved ones (living and deceased) in the peaceful quiet of our sanctuary this holiday season from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
Our Life in the Spirit members will also be available in Narthex to pray with you. Prayer cards available.
Christmas Cash Raffle
Take a chance to win some holiday shopping cash this Christmas!
Raffle tickets are: $10 for 1 or 3 for $25
Winners chosen on Saturday, December 6th at the mainstage area.

Gift Wrapping Station by the Women’s Cornerstone Group
Stop by Room 104 and have your holiday gifts wrapped for a freewill donation! All proceeds benefit Sacred Heart.
Paint Workshop in the Art Room
Get your creative juices flowing by signing up to join our talented parishioner Susan Breslin as she leads a class through a beautiful Christmas painting on canvas from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Limited to 25 participants. Registration includes lunch.

Candy Cane Lane in the School Hallways
Presented by our Sacred Heart School parents and students, children will have a holly, jolly time going from station to station creating holiday crafts of all kinds! Stop by the Welcome Area to get your pass and get ready for some fun!

Lunch by the Knights of Columbus
West Room from 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Options include hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches, and meatball subs including chips, coleslaw, and a drink.
