Sacred Group Sound Bath & Guided Meditation

Location: Within Wellness Studio in Kensington, 207 14th St NW, Unit 200 in Calgary, AB

Time: 7:00pm - 8:30pm

Friday, February 6 - Grief Intention: Honouring those that have past
Friday, February 20 - New Moon in Aquarius Intention: Planting seeds for your future
Friday, March 6 - Self-Care Intention: Balancing giving to others while nurturing your own needs
Friday, March 20 - New Moon in Pisces Intention: Spiritual/Mindfulness goals

Exchange: $35 for entry. Payments via e-transfer ([email protected]) or cash are accepted. If paying cash, please message me prior to hold your spot!
What to expect during my signature group sound bath:
Enter into a space that evokes serenity, community and connection. You will be invited to sit or lay down where I will guide you on a meditation and take you on a journey through the healing sounds of quartz crystal singing bowls to help you de-stress and connect to yourself. Once the sound bath is complete, there will be an opportunity for open dialogue to share your experience with the group.

How to prepare:

• Please arrive up to 15min early to set up and get grounded prior to the session.
• Please wear comfortable clothing
• Please bring a comfortable surface to lay on such as a yoga mat, camping mat, or trifold mattress. There are yoga mats available if needed.
• Please bring any other items to enhance your comfort such as a pillow, blanket, eye mask, water, and whatever else you need to lay on the ground comfortably.
• Since the frequency will be moving energy through your body, it's important to stay hydrated before and after your journey.
• Feel free to bring a journal to write down any insights you receive.

Parking:

• Paid parking is available beside the building.
• There is also various free parking spots in the area
