A calming sound journey to release stress, restore balance and invite renewal. Allow the sound to flow through you, taking you on a transformational journey of deep calm.
🌟 What This Sound Journey Offers:
• Deep relaxation and nervous system reset
• A chance to reconnect with your foundation and sense of inner stability ready for the shift in season

A sacred sound journey is 60-75 minutes of deep relaxation, lying down, whilst allowing the sounds, vibrations and frequencies to wash over you. Your mind, body and soul will receive what is needed in the moment.
I will use various instruments such as Crystal Singing Bowls, a beautiful bronze Gong, Frame Drum, Ocean Drum and many more including my voice.
19:00-20:15 Sacred Sound
20:15-20:30 Grounding, herbal tea and reconnecting before home.
Come along and feel held in the heart-led space where your mind, body and soul will receive what is needed in the moment.
You will leave feeling rested and nurtured.
