Come home to yourself in this sacred space of stillness and sisterhood using many elements to increase your spiritual experience. Includes a take home free gift.​​​

​​Resting on yoga mats with bolsters and cosy blankets you will be guided through different bespoke guided meditations throughout your time with us. During your sacred time you will be encouraged to journal your insights and meditation visions to reflect on in your own time. Expect a mixture of Spiritual Soft Movement Crystal Healing Aromatherapy (your tutor is a qualified Aromatherapist) Soulful Songs & Sound Collective Pulling of Oracle Cards and a chance to pull individual cards.

​​We will be holding these at a few different venues around Essex. Depending on which venue we are at you may need to bring a few extra items like a pillow and an extra blanket to get more comfy. These are 90min sessions and some sessions we will be collaberating with different well being practitioners bringing their awesome energy into the mix.

There will be a chance to stay for a mini Goddess Healing Session with Sam and her team together with a few items from our Aromatherapy Artisan Range to purchase amongst other spiritual specialities.
