ABOUT YOUR WORKSHOP

Connect to the mystery of Creation. Intentional creative process can reveal hidden treasures.

We use the practice of drawing sacred mandalas to create an intimate connection to their vibrational frequencies and qualities.

The session starts with a tuning guided meditation to align, set intention and move onto drawing of mandala as a physical representation of the intention.

We complete the session by turning the mandala into a beautiful piece of art through ancient knotting technique. It is a peaceful and mindful practice that helps us to align our conscious and subconscious mind, as well as to have a visual object for daily meditation to reflect on how we feel in the moment.
