Join Tammy Schoolcraft and Ana Lucia Divins for a very unique immersive group experience designed to promote energetic alignment, release tension, and invite holistic harmony.
Tammy will guide participants through Spinal Energetics, encouraging gentle, organic movement to support the natural alignment of energy pathways within the body. She will also use gentle breathwork to deepen relaxation and infuse the session with Reiki energy, amplifying healing and creating a calming flow.
Ana Lucia will enhance this journey with her Therapeutic Sound Healing, blending the harmonious tones of sound bowls with her soothing voice to create a resonant field of sound.
Together, this unique fusion of practices invites emotional release, physical balance, and a profound sense of inner peace.
Open to all experience levels, this immersion offers a sanctuary of healing where participants can reconnect with their natural rhythms and experience the transformative power of sound and energy alignment.

*Mats will be provided but please bring blankets, pillows, or anything else for your comfort on the floor including your own yoga mat if preferred for extra cushion. Eye Mask/Covers are Encouraged
About Your Facilitators:
Tammy Schoolcraft, founder of Energetic Apothecary - Energy Alignment Studio, brings nearly a decade of experience in the field of Energy Healing Arts. As a Certified Spinal Energetics Facilitator, she has undergone direct training under the mentorship of Dr. Sarah Jane Perry. Additionally, Tammy holds certification as an Advanced Level Biofield Tuning Practitioner, having received instruction directly from Eileen McKusick, a renowned figure in Biofield Tuning and the acclaimed author of "Tuning The Human Biofield".
Tammy's professional journey also encompasses certifications as a Holy Fire III Reiki Master Teacher, Holy Fire Karuna™ Reiki Master, Certified Medical Reiki Master, Litarian Reiki Level Master, and Resonance Biofeedback Practitioner.

Ana Lucía Divins has been singing since she can remember. Throughout years of performing in the community sharing her voice through song, she witnessed the healing power of music, sound and connection– and what began as a process of creative expression and self-healing – led her to a path of personal and professional transformation into sound and therapeutic music studies, achieving a certification as Therapeutic Singer (Certified Music Practitioner by the Music for Healing and Transition Program). Graduate of the British Academy of Sound Therapy as a Certified Holistic Voice Therapist.
