Sacred Frequencies is a bi-weekly Sound Healing and Reiki session designed to help you release what’s weighing you down and reconnect with your inner calm.
You don’t need to “know how to meditate” or have any special skills. Just show up, lie back, and allow the restorative frequencies to guide you into deep relaxation, energetic balance, and intuitive alignment.
Join us for a deeply restorative group experience designed to help you release stress, recalibrate your nervous system, and return to a place of inner calm.
This is a space to clear the noise and return to yourself.
This unique session combines:
• Reiki – a gentle energy practice that supports relaxation and emotional balance
• Sound Healing – immersive tones from crystal and Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other instruments that ease anxiety and support mental clarity
• Guided Meditation – to help you settle into stillness and reconnect with yourself
Together, these elements create a calming space where your system can reset—supporting stress relief, nervous system regulation, and emotional grounding.
No experience is needed. Just bring yourself, wear comfortable clothing, and allow this time to be for you.

Gina Ferrara of Odonata Reiki Healing Arts, LLC, uses simple tools to focus on personal empowerment and overall wellness. She is a Reiki Master and sound/vibration practitioner. For 40 years, Gina worked as a Dance/Movement Therapist, supporting individuals managing chronic illness. This experience inspired Gina to help others discover their inner ability to cultivate happiness. Gina’s exploration of meditation led her to adopt a life philosophy based on love, kindness, joy, and acceptance, which forms the foundation of everything she shares and teaches. She Is currently a teacher on the meditation app, Insight Timer.
