It also heavily incorporates intention and ritual throughout the class in your movement so you have an opportunity through the dance to create as well as leave behind what you don’t need and bring in the new! It’s self empowering and also designed to inspire and ignite your creativity!!! We will all play the fool… TOGETHER!!!
