Sacred Flow is an invitation to move, listen, and soften into the wisdom of your body.This offering blends gentle somatic movement, guided by Kayce Mae Penn, with immersive sound healing with Kendall to support grounding, nervous system regulation, and embodied presence. Movement is slow, intuitive, and sensation-led—encouraging you to follow what feels supportive rather than what looks a certain way.
Sound weaves throughout the experience, deepening awareness and easing the body toward rest. The practice concludes with an extended savasana and sound healing, offering space to fully receive, integrate, and simply be.
Held in the nurturing space of Root to Bloom in Littleton, Sacred Flow is a place to root into the body and allow yourself to bloom—naturally, gently, in your own time.
No prior experience needed. Come as you are. Props and mats provided. $35 per person.
