Sacred Flow is an intentionally small, guided movement experience rooted in breath, prayer, and release.
This is not a dance fitness class.
There is no choreography to memorize and no pressure to perform.
Sacred Flow is slow, grounding, and embodied.
You’re invited to move in the way your body needs that day—whether that feels strong, soft, expressive, or still.
We begin with intention and breath, move through guided flow set to soulful music, and close with stillness and reflection.
This space is designed for women who:
• carry a lot
• crave softness
• want connection without comparison
• are ready to move emotion out of the body
Capacity is limited to 10–12 women to preserve intimacy and community.
Come as you are.
Leave lighter.
