On the darkest day of the year, we meet around the Sacred Fire in Judarskogen.A circle in nature where we let the year settle in our bodies, release what has been heavy, and mark the turning point toward the returning light.
This is not about performance or perfection.
It is a space of remembering - a life-affirming yes to the light within, and to taking the next step forward with clarity and community.
A moment to breathe, to feel, and to reconnect with something warm and true inside - together with others who wish to greet this special day in a grounded and meaningful way.
We’ll dance with the elements through breath, handmade cacao from Peru and Ecuador, presence, and the grandfather fire itself.
We meet each other and the elements to welcome all the colors of being alive, and to reignite or strengthen the inner spark that guides us through the dark.
There will be space for silence, for soul songs, drumming, and music, for intention-setting, and for being together as we integrate the year and plant seeds for the returning of the light.
At the end, there is an option to receive hapé for grounding and integration.
Time: 13:00 (we gather at Åkeshov T-bana and walk in together)
