We begin with a welcoming circle
—to connect, ground, and open the space together.

Then we move into a guided dance journey through the four elements
🌬 Air • 🔥 Fire • 💧 Water • 🌍 Earth

And we close with a sharing circle
to integrate, express, and be witnessed.

• Something to sit on
• A shell (if you have one)
• Belly dancing belt (optional)
• Water or coffee
• Wear something comfortable to move in

a natural expression of feminine energy and embodiment.

I am a certified Moon Mother, offering Womb Blessing healing
and supporting women in awakening their feminine energy.

For over 25 years, I have held and facilitated women’s circles
with women from around the world.
