Sacred Feminine Circle

Sacred Feminine Circles are transformative gatherings for women to come together in sisterhood to support one another in the rising of the Divine Feminine. There is so much medicine in coming together in community, especially when women come together to empower eachother. Many women have grown up disconnected from and judged by othewr women, feeling the need to compete with others or experiencing feelings of not being good enough, pretty enough, far along enough, not being supported, and feeling ashamed or disgusted of who they were. We've been conditioned to disconnect and separate ourselves from other women, our bodies, our wombs, our cycles, our sacred bleed, our divine feminine essence, our flow, our gifts, our emotions, our creativity, our sexuality.. while being told we were "too much". Many of us have been through some kind of abuse or truama that has effected our lives and our connection to ourselves and to others. For centuries, our true power has been taken from us, we've been conditioned to forget who we really are, we've been made fun of, shamed, ridiculed, controled, gaslit, and taken advantage of. NO MORE. The time for us to rise is NOW, sisters.

Please join me in the reclamation of what is ours. Please join me in the reclamation of the Divine Feminine. We are taking ourselves back.

These Circles are spaces of deep connection, where we unlock and express our creative life force energy. In the safety and sacredness of other sisters, you are invited to fully be seen, heard, and witnessed in your wholeness. Through authentic self-expression, you can re -connect with your body and sensuality, tap into the wisdom of your womb, and embody your divine feminine essence.

This is a time to honor your feelings, your cycle, your beingness, embrace your true self, and experience the power of sisterhood. Together, we create a sacred container for healing, empowerment, and growth, allowing each Goddess to rise and thrive.

Some things that will be taking place in this space are:

• Introductions & Share Circles
• Guided meditation with Sound healing
• Building of an Altar/Mandala in the middle of the circle
• Oracle Cards
• Partner/group activities
• Ecstatic Dance/movement/twerking
• Embracing our sensuality and our wild side
• Manifestation and intention setting
• Releasing Rituals
• Holding space for eachother
• Honoring eachother's cycles
• Art therapy/Journaling
• Voice Activation
• Refreshments such as herbal tea blends or Cacao
• Talking about our dreams, desires, and our fears
• Discussing different feminine archetypes and goddesses.
• Astrology conversations
• Laughing, crying, being sexy, being silly

The intention and energy behind each gathering will be different depending on the energy that is present at that time and also.... VARIETY! Because women are multi-faceted beings.

Please bring to the space:

• A mug or cup for Cacao/Tea
• Water
• A journal and writing tool
• Any sacred items you wish to bring to support you or put into the altar for the gathering ( you will get it back at the end)
• Your beautiful self
• Bring ALL of you

These gatherings may be triggering to some and may bring up heavy emotions and energies that have been trapped inside, just know that this is a safe space of non-judgement, and your sisters and I will be there to hold you through whatever you are feeling. I will be availbale for on-going support as well.
