Through the sacred power of Sananga, known for clearing mental fog and opening vision, Hapé’s grounding and purifying energy, and Reiki’s gentle yet powerful healing touch, you will emerge feeling renewed, aligned, and deeply connected to your inner wisdom.
Join Elisabeth White, Sananga and Hapé guide, and Elizabeth Craig, Reiki Practitioner, to embark on a journey of reconnection with your true self, cleansing what holds you back, and gaining the clarity needed for transformation.
11am - 11:30am: Animal Spirit connection via Tarot + intention setting + breathwork + meditation
11:30am - 12:30am: Sananga ritual + Reiki
12:30pm - 1:30pm: Relaxing and reflective time in the hot tub + purposeful journaling
1:30pm - 2pm: Hapé ritual
2pm - 3pm: Animal Spirit Tarot + closing
Hot tea, nut mix, & dried fruit mix will be provided. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water.
