This special experience blends ritual, movement, breath and rest to help you soften into presence and stability. You will begin with a heart-opening tea ceremony and breathwork to settle the nervous system, followed by a slow, intentional earth-based flow to build strength and embodied awareness. From there, you will melt into restorative yin poses supported by aromatherapy and sound healing to invite deep release and sensory connection.
