Sacred Dance Paneurhythmy
About this Event
Join us for a morning of Paneurhythmy — a sacred circle dance practiced outdoors in nature through gentle movement, music, rhythm, and mindful connection.
Held on a beautiful property in the Mission area of Kelowna, these free gatherings take place among lush gardens and a small orchard overlooking the spectacular waters of Lake Okanagan. Practiced in many parts of the world, Paneurhythmy is designed to cultivate harmony between ourselves, each other, and the natural world through synchronized movement and music in a peaceful outdoor setting.
The dance is gentle, meditative, and accessible to a wide range of ages and abilities. No previous experience is necessary, and young adults are welcome.
Every Saturday from May 30 to end of July and possibly beyond. Sessions begin at 8:30 AM, moving earlier to 8:00 AM during the warmer summer months to enjoy the cool morning air and quieter energy of the day.
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor movement. Bring water, and a sunhat is recommended.
Space is intentionally limited to approximately 25 participants to preserve the calm and intimate nature of the experience.
