Facilitated by spiritual herbalists Terri Ellis and Ericka Mabrie, this experience blends reflection, somatic practices, herbal education, and medicine-making.

• Deep dive into select herbs: mugwort, vitex, motherwort, red raspberry, and dandelion
• Create your own womb oil (mugwort, rose, motherwort, ginger infused in grapeseed oil)
• Option to prepare a tea blend instead of oil
