Sacred Copal Cleansing and Sound Healing Journey
Join Eldie and Jono for a 1.5 hour sound healing journey featuring a sacred copal cleansing.
We'll open with a guided meditation to set our intentions and clear our busy minds; next, we'll make our way to our comfortable positions to receive the sound healing journey, to sit with our intentions, and to allow the sound healing frequencies to help us carry these forward.
During the sound healing journey, Eldie will offer a sacred copal cleansing to participants that wish to accept the offering.
Afterward, we'll come back to our space and share our experiences of the evening (optional).
What to bring: water, journal, pen, eye mask, crystal(s) (all optional). Mats, blankets, and pillows will be provided.

About the facilitators:
Jono is a well-established practitioner, respected community leader, and skilled facilitator of sacred ceremonial spaces.
Over the past several years, he has dedicated his life to supporting others on their paths to physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. Jono specializes in Thai bodywork, Reiki, and sound healing.
His certifications include cupping therapy, Thai bodywork, EMDR, somatic therapy, Reiki Level 3 Master Teacher, and Lomi Lomi massage.
Jono firmly believes that true healing must come from within. He works collaboratively with his clients to uncover and address deep, unprocessed trauma and stored emotions held in the body. By integrating his expertise in bodywork, sound healing, and somatic therapy, Jono helps clients return to a sense of wholeness and well-being.
Outside of his healing work, Jono enjoys meditating, walking, spending time at the beach, hiking in the mountains, reading, journaling, ecstatic dance, attending local sweat lodges, and supporting other community leaders by participating in conscious events.
Eldie (Lauren) DuRousseau is a licensed massage therapist, student & practitioner of curanderismo. With over 12 years, she has had the opportunity to work within medical, sports, and holistic wellness and work independently to form a well rounded understanding of what various communities' needs are. She understands community and individual care from a holistic approach.
