The Experience
Together, we will ecstatically sing our way into the heartspace where we can remember more of our true nature and embody more of our most authentic expression.
6pm | Doors Open for the Shop Market and Opening Music a Community Member
Arrive early to connect with community, soak in medicine music from a community member at 6:15pm and settle in for Ceremony. There will also be a Sacred City Shop Market setup to explore before Ceremony.
7:15pm-9:15pm | Kirtan Ceremony
The Sacred City Band invites you on a mantra singing journey into the sacred place within to remember more of who you truly are.
9:15pm-10pm | Sacred Share Circle
A Sacred City Steward, Uma, invites you into a sacred and safe space to share your gifts through song, poem, or other forms of expression.

- If you are paying cash at the door, we ask that you still get your ticket online using the code CASH. Your online ticket will be free and the door person will know to collect your cash offering.
- Please get your ticket online before you walk up to the check in person.
- We are not offering refunds, so if you feel you may not make it by 7:15pm, we invite you to wait until you arrive to purchase your ticket.
- There is also an option to attend in exchange for service. Use the code SERVICE for a free ticket. In exchange, we ask that you support breakdown from 9:15pm to 10pm at the end of Ceremony. 5 service spots available. Please check in with the long blonde-haired man named Jordan at the experience to receive direction.
FAQ
What are the time deets for Ceremony?
To experience Sacred City Ceremony, you must arrive by 7:15pm at the latest. Doors open at 6PM to spaciously settle in.
The kirtan journey begins at 7:15PM sharp and ends at 9:15PM. The Sacred Share Circle will go from 9:15pm to 10pm.

What do I do for parking?
There is plenty of parking in the lot
What do I need to bring?
Bring cozy cushions, pillows and blankets to sit on. If you do not sit on the floor, there will be plenty of chair seating options. We also recommend you bring water.
Can I bring my own instruments?
We ask that you bring instruments for the sacred song circle after Ceremony. With that being said, we ask the you do not use instruments during Ceremony and allow the band to hold the container in this way.
What will we be doing?
We will be singing medicine music mantras together and journeying into the heartspace to remember more of who we truly are. No experience required.
Can I bring my kiddos?
Absolutely. Kids come free. If they will not be participating, we have a supervised Kids Zone, where we ask for 1 Kirtan song worth of volunteer support from the parent in exchange. In the Kids Zone, they will invited to participate in creative activities aligned with the 5 pillars: sacred, silly, safe, sober (which we will call "sharp" for the kiddos) and sovereign.
We also ask that if your child is not currently able to honor the sacred silence in the beginning meditation or the ending shavasana that you please take them out of the ceremony space during those times.
What is my commitment to the container?
We ask that you plan on being deeply present, participating fully, and honoring the 5 pillars: sacred, silly, sober, safe, and sovereign.
What does sober mean in this container?
At Sacred City experiences, sober means drug, alcohol, cannabis, and psychedelic free. While there are many different medicines that serve people in different ways, we ask that the sober container is honored at our events.
Will there be food?
No food provided for this Ceremony
What if I feel uncomfortable about singing in front of other people?
This is a space to be vulnerable and sing your beautiful heart out. Know you will be fully accepted and celebrated for your expression. Enjoy the ride!
What if I don’t know anyone?
We believe strangers are simply future family. So, greet people you don't know yet and ask what inspired them to come this week. They may deeply appreciate it. And you may create meaningful relationships in the process!
What are the video and photo boundaries?
We will be recording audio and video during this experience so the Sacred City organization can share this medicine with you and the rest of the world beyond our time together. We invite you to record videos as well and tag us in your IG stories at @sacredcity_
Is this a spiritual experience?
It definitely can be. With that being said, this medicine music practice is not tied to any specific religion. We’re always looking to include medicine songs and mantras from across the globe.
