Welcome to Sacred City Equinox, in collaboration with the courageous community at Plunsana! Together, we’ll go on an epic journey to celebrate the harvest from all the courageously authentic choices we’ve made this month.
The Journey
6pm | Doors Open to Explore the Shop Market
Feel free to arrive early to explore all the Shop vendors that will be setup and ready to share their gifts with you before we drop in to breathwork.
7pm | Chapter 1 | Breathwork with Michael Thomas
We begin together with a breathwork journey to the depths of the present moment. Together, we can ground into the moment and prepare for liftoff.
8pm | Chapter 2 | Ecstatic Kirtan with the Sacred City Band
The Sacred City Band is stewarding a kirtan journey to the sacred place within. Together, we can sing from the heart and rejoice in the harvest from our courageous choices this past month.
9pm | Chapter 3 | Dance Party with DTO
The third chapter of the journey will be a transcendent dance party led by the mystical DTO. Together, we can move our bodies and celebrate all the magic we've experienced this month.
10:30pm | Chapter 4 | Sonic Shavasana with DTO
Our night culminates with a relaxing and deep sound bath stewarded by DTO. Together, we’ll go on a cosmic journey of integration of all that we are celebrating.
The container will also have the shop market to explore, cold plunges to get activated, saunas to drop into the body, and vibey hangout areas to cool off and relax with community. Wear your bathing suit!
The Exchange

- With that being said, there is an option to attend for free. In exchange, we ask that you support breakdown from 11pm-11:30pm at the end of the experience. 5 spots available.
Advice for the Night
- Doors close at 7:15pm. No entry after that time.
- Bring a water bottle to fill up from the provided water station.
- Bring a bathing suit, a towel and an extra pair of clothes.
- Honor the sober container, which means drug, alcohol and psychedelic-free. This is the vibe at Sacred City experiences.

What are the essentials I need to bring?
- Bathing suit, towel, an extra pair of clothes and water
What are the boundaries for arriving and leaving?
- Doors close at 7:15pm for the night. No entry after that time. With that being said, once you have your wristband, you can come and go as you'd like. The container will end at 11pm that night.
Will there be food available?
- Organic whole food vendors will be present for you to be nourished by
Will there be drinking water provided?
- We will have water provided. Please bring your own water bottle to fill up.
Can I bring my kiddos?
- This container is for anyone who can fully participate in the journey for the night. If they are able to lean in and participate fully in the experience, they are welcome to join.
What is the bathroom situation?
- There will be a bathroom available for attendees to use.
What are the parking deets?
- There is parking all around the venue. Most of the grassy areas are fair game, as well as the small strip mall right on the corner near 22nd Ave N
What do I do if I need support at Equinox?
- You can find support and guidance with any Sacred City Team Member at the experience.
If I need power, will it be provided?
- There are a limited amount of plugs for electricity that we will be fully utilizing. We ask that you come prepared to not need to charge devices during the experience.
Is this setup for accessibility?
- Yes. Anyone will be able to get into the location and be present for the experience. With that being said, we do not have any mechanisms to get people who cannot walk on their own into the cold plunges or inflatable pools safely.
What's the vibe?
- At Sacred City experiences, the vibe is authentic and tuned toward celebrating our courageous journeys. It is a welcoming culture where you will probably meet some super down to earth people. Our pillars guide this culture: Sacred, Silly, Safe, Sober, Sovereign.
Can I share offerings at Equinox?
- Yes if you’re a Sacred City Shop Member, you can have a table setup at the experience. Also, feel free to share your dance moves and vocal expression on this journey.
What are the boundaries for this event being sober?
- We invite community members to participate in an all day sober container. Items like drugs, alcohol, cannabis, and psychedelics are not permitted. Medicine options include items that do not significantly alter states like Cacao, tea and coffee.
If I don’t know anyone in this community, what is the best way to get connected?
- The best recommendation is to ask people "what are you celebrating today?" Everyone will have an answer that can lead to deep conversations and powerful experiences.
