Sacred Circle of Sound & Fire

Join Valerie and your community in the Sacred Circle! This is an intimate gathering for those who are looking to release heaviness and call in new intentions for their highest good.

We will join in circle and open with a plant medicine ceremony (cacao or different 🍄 options available) to drop into our bodies and out of our thinking minds.

You will then be led through individual reflections to help you connect with what you are letting go, and what you are calling in at this time.

This will lead into our sound bath to utilize the power of vibration & sound to help you relax & go deeper into your internal experience. Val uses intentional instruments & vibrational patterns to help your body process & release stuck sensations/emotions.

Working with the energy of the full moon, we will close with a fire ceremony to put the energy of our intentions into the world. This will include identifying what we need to let go of to be our best selves, as well as naming what we want to invite into our lives.

Join in a small, safe community container and be supported by therapist, sound & reiki practitioner Val Davis within the Sacred Circle.

• Yoga mat
• Pillow (to sit on and/or for sound bath)

• Clothing layers: we will be in the foothills where temp is 10-15 degrees cooler than Denver

I have extra eye masks, and a couple yoga mats available.

Water, tea, and light snacks will also be provided!

Space we will gather in together, located in the foothills of Morrison, CO.
