Sacred Circle of Breath & Sound

Join Valerie in this intentional gathering during the new moon. This is a gathering for those who are looking to utilize the widom of their bodies to connect deeper within themselves, & be in a safe, supportive community.

If you:

this event is for you!

We will join in circle and open with a plant medicine ceremony (cacao or different 🍄 options available) to drop into our bodies and out of our thinking minds.

You will then be educated on the process and benefits of both breathwork and sound healing. This will then transition into intention setting, working with the energy of the new moon.

We will then move through a breathwork journey together to release stagnant emotions/energy, regulate our nervous systems, and access the subconscious mind. This is an active, fast-paced breathwork.

After this, as you rest in shavasana, you will be guided into our sound bath to utilize the power of vibration & sound to help you relax & go deeper into your internal experience. Val uses intentional instruments & vibrational patterns to help your body process & release stuck sensations/emotions.

We will close with optional small group processing & integrating our experiences.

Join in a small, safe community container and be supported by therapist, breathwork facilitator, & sound practitioner Val Davis.

I have extra eye masks, blankets, and a couple yoga mats available.

Water, tea, and light snacks will also be provided!
