She supports women in understanding their bodies, balancing hormones naturally, and creating sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits that support energy, sleep, and emotional resilience.Beata will be sharing her perspective on nutrition for menopause support — how food choices can help regulate mood, sleep, energy, and the nervous system during this transition.
