Sacred Circle

Calling all women.... Join us for a sacred evening to welcome in the new year and set your intentions for your journey forwards.

When we gather together as a group, the energy behind our intentions is multiplied. You’ll be guided and supported through different embodiment and awareness practices including gentle movement, breath-work, meditation, self enquiry, journaling and sacred ritual, focused on welcoming in the new year and moving forwards with a deeper sense of self confidence, love and empowerment.

Our Sacred Circle runs on the last Thursday of every month. Each month is focused on a different theme, all to support deeper levels of connection, self development and wellbeing.
