How do we balance what we are told from outside ourselves with our internal translator, which loves the familiar? In the dance this week, the invitation is to relax our habitual ways of 'listening' and become open to 'hearing' something new.
Let's dance our way into fresh perspectives with curiosity. A vital skill to cultivate when participating in community.
