Enjoy a five-day dance retreat by the beach!Sacred Circle Dance offers much dancing fun with ample opportunities for down time, swimming, or exploring the beautiful coast of southern Maine.
Many dances have roots in cultures from around the world (including Balkan, Greek, and Celtic), while others are newly choreographed. The dances include moving meditations and lively, spirited dances. “Sacred” refers to the intention to create a reflective experience, even for lively dances.
Dance steps are simple, repetitive, and easy to learn - NO partners or previous dance experience needed and all dances are taught each time. Sacred Circle Dance embraces a universal welcome and inclusion.
Enjoy onsite lodging (a wide variety of campsites, cabins, cottages, hotel-style rooms and dorms are available). Plus daily meals provided by onsite chefs! Even better, these summer days will be spent right by the ocean, come join us for an experience you will regret missing!
