Sacred Circle & Yin Yoga

This two hours workshop, is a chance for you to go deeper within you in a safe space, remembering the truth of who you are. We will be starting the workshop with a Sacred Circle, sharing and connecting as a group on some of the letters from the book Letters From You to You by Ellie Laliberté. These sacred letters from your higher self, are meant to show you your limited patterns of thoughts, your emotional childhood trauma and the construct of your ego that has been robbing you from living a peaceful life.

Studying the Letters as a group, helps you relate to one another and allow for vulnerability in a safe circle. It is powerful at showing us that we are not alone in our pains and that we can find different perspectives together at seeing what we all need to heal.

You will all have a book of Letters From You to You in your hands and can keep if you do not already have a copy of it.

Following the circle discussion & reflection, you will be given some time to reflect deeply, express and release in your journal. Journal therapy is a powerful modality and brings you to be present with the parts of yourself that you may not be able to express outloud just yet.

We will finish this beautiful workshop with a Yin Yoga & Meditation with Shelley Murdock who will help you let go of the energies that are needed to be released from your body. Moving this energy is crucial to make space to receive more light within you.

You will all leave with Shelley's book Healthy & Fet For Life.
