Sacred Circle: A Journey Through the 7 Chakras

Join us for an evening of deep realignment and restoration. This Sacred Circle is designed to guide you through the energetic landscape of your body, using the power of focused meditation and therapeutic sound to bring balance to your physical, emotional, and spiritual self.
Understanding Your Energy Centers
The Chakras are the seven main energy centers of the body. When they are open and flowing, we feel vibrant and grounded; when blocked, we may feel sluggish, anxious, or "out of sync."
The Experience: Guided Alignment & Sound
The Meditation
We begin by settling into the space. I will guide you through each energy center, starting from the base of the spine and rising to the crown. Through visualization and breathwork, we will gently clear stagnant energy and invite light into each chakra, creating a bridge between the earth and the sky.
The Soundbath
Once the chakras are aligned and open, we transition into a deep Soundbath immersion. Using a variety of high-vibration instruments—including singing bowls and chimes—the frequencies will wash over you. These sounds work at a cellular level, helping to settle the nervous system and anchor the work done during the meditation.
