Join singer, songwriter and kirtanist Sun Hyland for a blissful evening of Kirtan call and response mantra singing. Chant from the heart, breathe deep and connect with your sacred centre.
Kirtan is a wonderful way to open the heart and still your mind. Sanskrit mantras are woven into hypnotic, melodic grooves accompanied by guitar, harmonium and voice. No experience necessary
We will all sing together and then conclude with a simple, relaxing musical meditation. A lovely way to finish the week and prepare yourself for the weekend.
Please bring a cushion and a blanket or yoga mat to make yourself nice and comfy. Doors will open at 6.15 pm for a 6.40 pm start. Chai on arrival included.
OUR VENUE:
The Julie-Anne in has become the temporary home of Kate Robinson's Yoga Classes and they have been very welcoming. It's a great space looking out over the lake, we've hosted a few kirtans here now and it's a great space!
PARKING
There is limited parking at Julie- Anna, so your best bet is to park on Napier st or at the big Lake Weroona
(please do not park in front of guests accommodation at Julie-Anna)
