Sacred chanting, group meditation, and alignment at Venice Muscle Beach

Hello dear co-creators. Join us to tap into your higher vibrational frequencies and enjoy meditating with other amazing human beings.

This is Sandeep. I have been hosting these weekly meditations for the past 3 years. I started out with hosting them in-person at Venice, Muscle beach in LA with fellow brothers Dan Ginzburg and Michael Sephernia.

Location: Venice Muscle Beach. We will be sitting in a circle near the calisthenics pull up bar area. Feel free to join the group there. Please check out pictures attached for better understanding. Please feel free to call/text me on the number below if you have any questions.

Time: Saturday (6-7pm PST)

Please carry a blanket to sit on and a jacket to cover yourself as it tends to get chilly and breezy.

My goals of these meditations are to :

• Provide a safe space for everyone to come as they are, relax, breathe, slow down, calm down, be present, and let it be.
• Meditate on a regular basis. Develop a long lasting habit that is beneficial for your nervous system.
• Experience and feel the beauty of group meditation and the healing effects from
• Connect with like minded beautiful souls and make new friends.
• The benefits are endless. Every individual has their own experience.

We will have intention setting exercises, spiritual games, chants, full body scan meditation, breath work and silent meditation.

Some of us will also practice calisthenics, and get together for gatherings after the event so feel free to join them as well.
