Come join us on Saturday evening January 4, 2025, at 7:00pm, as we offer a uniquely beautiful Sacred Sound Journey traveling through the Chakras to bring balance to self after the hectic holidays.
We will begin with light sage smudging, and then honor the 4 directions. With brief breath work, and settling into ourselves, we will then transition into a gentle guided meditation through the chakras using vibrational sounds to completely balance and relax you. Duration of this journey is approximately 50-60+ minutes.
