Sacred Cacao Ceremony and Munay-Ki Rite of the Womb Initiation

Hello beautiful sister!

I welcome you with all my heart to this Sacred Cacao Ceremony and 'Munay-Ki Rite of the Womb' Initiation on this Friday the 13th, the day of Venus and the 'Day of the Goddess'! Many years ago in Ireland, I was initiated into the Rite of the Womb and am called to share it again. This beautiful healing for the womb is incredibly powerful and after receiving the initiation you become a sacred womb keeper yourself and can go on to share this rite with women (and men, if aligned) in your community and all around the world :). Every time we transmit this initiation we strengthen the power in our womb.

Since Mama Cacao is one of my favourite medicines, it feels so very aligned to call her into the space before starting the initiation. This way we connect the power of the heart with the power of the womb, a match made in heaven if you ask me.

Ceremonial Cacao is the beautiful, soft and powerful plant medicine of the heart guarded for centuries in Central and South America by ancient tribes. This medicine has been reemerging in the past 20+ years because the world is ready for her. She gently opens our hearts, stimulates our blood flow, brings happiness and bliss molecules into our being and enhances our connection with our body, Mother Earth and the Cosmos. Working with cacao can bring benefits on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. Some people experience bodily sensations, emotional release, happiness, joy, shifts in mental thought patterns and sometimes visions. Every ceremony will be different for every person.

We will drink my own hand-roasted and hand-peeled Cambodian cacao. Sacred lands on which I connected deeply with cacao and since 2020 I have processed hundreds of kilo's by hand in meditation, honouring and praying with Mama Cacao.

This specific ceremony is for physical womb-carriers only.

How to prepare for this ceremony:

- Prepare your sacred ceremony bag with; a journal and pen, bottle of water, items for the altar, instruments (optional), an eye mask and anything else that makes this experience more sacred for you

- Dress in layers, you may get cold or warm and layers enable you to adjust to temperature changes easily

- Fast or have only a light meal before the ceremony

- Refrain from consuming alcohol, dairy, caffeine and any other plant medicines the night and morning/afternoon before the ceremony

- Find time (in nature) to tune into your intention(s) for the ceremony

What will be present during the ceremony:

- A safe sacred space in which you can share what is alive in you

- Ceremonial cacao

- Individual Initiation into the Munay-Ki Rite of the Womb

- Tea, water and some light snacks

- A cosy nest with yoga mat, bolsters, pillows and blankets

- Oracle cards

Let’s heal our womb; let’s heal our mother’s, sister’s, and daughter’s wombs. In this way, let’s offer healing to Mother Earth and all living beings.
