Let the Thanksgiving holiday week dissolve into sacred sound with an evening of elemental healing, where vibration becomes medicine and intention becomes movement.We’ll begin with a smudging and energy clearing ceremony, followed by a grounding prayer and meditation to center our energies. Then, sink into a shamanic drum journey that opens the path inward while exploring the breath as your guide—circular, held, and released into calm awareness.
Our main immersion unfolds through crystal bowls, harps, chimes, and sacred instruments, weaving frequencies designed to realign your energy field.
The evening closes with integration time—gentle rest, journaling, sharing and tea—to anchor your body in peace.
