Breaking the Spell of Self-Abandonment
Most of us were never taught how to stay connected to ourselves and others at the same time.
We learned to be agreeable.
To keep the peace.
To soften our truth so no one would feel uncomfortable.
Over time, that turns into quiet exhaustion, resentment, anxiety, or the feeling that you’re disappearing inside your own relationships.
This retreat is for women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves in the name of love.
Together, we will explore:
• How to recognize when you’re overriding your body’s “no”
• The difference between loving care and self-abandonment
• Why guilt shows up when you set boundaries
• How to communicate limits without over-explaining
• How to stay grounded when someone else is uncomfortable
• The nervous system’s role in boundary collapse
• What healthy, reciprocal connection actually feels like
This is not about becoming rigid or building walls.
It’s about building the internal strength to stay present, honest, and connected — without disappearing.
Through guided teaching, somatic exercises, reflection, and supportive dialogue, you’ll leave with:
✔ Practical language you can use immediately
✔ A deeper trust in your body’s signals
✔ Relief from guilt around disappointing others
✔ A clearer sense of where you begin and end
✔ A stronger foundation for healthy love
If you’ve outgrown self-sacrificing connection…
If you feel your body bracing in certain relationships…
If you are ready for cleaner, calmer love…
This space is for you.
Space is limited! Register today!
