Sacred Blue Lotus Immersion - Transformation from the roots to the heart

We have forces of nature that empower us through the darkness/the mud, through the light/the sun, like the Blue Lotus Flower. Where the feminine is the container of power and all of life's expressions and the masculine has the power of polarity and the holding, within this sacred union. It all comes down to heart and love.

After exploring through our own personal healing and serving this sacred medicine over the last few years, and three months of preparation, Ceremonial Artists and Medicine Guides Araliya Lifeflow and LeilArts feel ready to follow the heart calling to combine our gifts, to take you on an immersive journey through the sacred plant of Blue Lotus. We invite you to journey with us through three gates (Love and Power, The Feminine Creative Flow and Manifestation/Transformation), and we will work with different natural elements for guidance and grounding (Earth, Water and Fire) - each gate is designed to take us closer into our bodies and deeper into the universal Truth, Love and Oneness, with rituals and embodiment practices from various traditions from both West, East and our roots. OUR COLLECTIVE INTENTION

We are learning from traditions yet going beyond with diversity and space of listening to what’s needed in the moment. Our intention is to share embodied wisdoms guided by Blue Lotus, so you can feel and experience it in your own body, and to learn to integrate and manifest from those profound experiences into more effortless creations in each moment of your life. Through challenging time as it is now, the essence of the Blue Lotus is tickling our awareness with a majestic and mystical touch to support our being within the process of healing, purification, transformation and a deep feeling of divinity. Drinking with intention, the lotus transforms/shifts the lower energy into higher realms and frequency, going from root to crown, resembling the natural growth of the flower. Our humans are just like the lotus.

STORIES ABOUT BLUE LOTUS:

From ancient Egypt, a dream flower was the portal connecting to the other world. To wake up in the dream means our consciousness is co-creating with reality. It’s a flower that promotes power, innovation, beauty and sensuality. It opens up the realm of magic - magic is nature, we become co-creators of our reality. The flower helps with relaxation, for nervous conditions, muscle pain and stress. To allow all to become moving fluid in the body, to breath, to move, to rest and to release freely. In smaller dosage (1-2 flowers), it has a mild effect, but with a larger amount it may create hallucination. In our ceremonies, we will listen to what the group needs within the mild/functional level.

Gate 1: Blue Lotus Ceremony Into Love and Power. We will start with the element of EARTH. Below are the rituals involved:

Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony:

We will share an ancient ceremony of taking the medicine and guide you through a meditative state that cultivates mindful process and fluid flow in a harmonious atmosphere that brings us together and connects our senses, health and soul. It’s not just about the medicine itself, also in the present moment of slowing down, giving time and space to what’s really alive in your feelings and surroundings, and to listen to what the medicine wants to teach us. We will close the ceremony with a collective prayer.

Self-healing Ritual:

Stimulate your self healing capacity. You will experience and learn about different rituals, exercises and tools to gain more balance, self love and acceptance. As we move through the element of Earth we connect with our bodies. Our bodies are made of Earth whereby we honor our bodies in all shapes and states. A self-healing ritual creates more peace of mind and gentleness first towards ourselves.. You will gain more inner strength and less restlessness. Welcome yourself with love and kindness, start to clear your unique path, clear any judgements or blockages. And dive deeply into this transformational journey with Blue Lotus and her wisdom. Inhale, and exhale give yourself time to rest, heal, transform. Comfort, vulnerability, depth we celebrate all together. We will emphasize the touch, gentle postures, honor our breath, and open the rest of our senses to feel grounded, safe and present.

Polarity Play and Shadow Work:

We all have shadows and pieces to work through. Blue Lotus has the power to help us bring our shadows from the mud, the dark into the light, and to transform that power into our divinity of all creation. And it can be fun as well! We will introduce the intuitive play of a one-knot simple Shibari that goes beyond the technical ‘having to do it right’, instead we will flow into the dance of polarities (light and dark, shiva and shakti, power and surrendering…) allowing our true power and gifts to come out to play, when merge in harmony through truly listening and meeting each other. You are invited to work within your boundaries and you don’t have to do anything that you don’t like to do.

WHO ARE WE

Leila (LeilArts): a life artist and events facilitator for plant medicine journeys, ancient tea ceremonies, intuitive arts and dance, as well as tantric bodywork. You can often find her facilitating intentional journeys and co-creating a safe and connected space for us to feel and unfold our gifts for awakening. She has dynamic backgrounds from both the East and West, bridging the Spirit and the Matter, the Light and the Dark, sharing her vision to exchange our gifts through co-creation, and integrating those ancient wisdom and profound experiences into a mindful and balanced daily lifestyle.
