Spring Equinox Sound Bath Experience

As the energy of the Spring Equinox invites renewal, growth, and fresh beginnings, you are warmly invited to gather in community for an evening of deep rest, reflection, and gentle awakening.

Sacred Bloom is a sacred space to welcome the new season with intention — a moment to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself as nature begins to bloom again.

The evening will begin with a guided meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and a deeply immersive sound healing journey led by Vidhi Parekh of Sacred Space. Through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and intentional breath, you will be guided into a state of calm, balance, and inner stillness.

Following the sound bath, the space will open for a relaxed and communal experience where participants can explore a selection of healing offerings, ritual goods, and optional add-on experiences.

6:30 PM – Opening Practice
We will begin the evening with a guided meditation, pranayama, and a sound healing journey to help ground, center, and open ourselves to the energy of spring.

After the Sound Bath – Community & Offerings
After our practice, participants are invited to stay, connect, and explore the offerings available in the space.

Emily Fumosa of Aya Sacred Ink will be offering ceremonial hand-poked tattoos featuring a selection of chaneled designs inspired by renewal and the gentle awakening of the Spring Equinox.

Evita Figueroa will be offering a beautiful selection of handcrafted ritual products available for purchase after the sound bath, including:

1:1 Reiki Add-On
For those who feel called to receive a little extra energetic support, Vidhi from Sacred Space will be offering short 1:1 Reiki sessions.

• 5-minute Reiki session: $22.22
(Add-on available during the post–sound bath portion of the evening.)

Participants will also be able to enjoy delicious tea blends with light snacks after the sound bath while browsing the offerings, receiving tattoos, or simply spending time in the gentle energy of the space.

This portion of the evening is intentionally unhurried — a time to connect, integrate the experience, and move slowly into the night.

• A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
