Sacred Assistance: A Guided Shamanic Journeying Circle

What is shamanic jounreying?

Shamnic journeying is an ancient technique used across the world to bring communities together while finding support, guidance, and wisdom from the spirits.

Using the energy and sounds of the drum we will set intentions and relax in a medatative state, allowing us to go into other spaces of consiosuness to communicate with the wise and well spirits around.

In this circle we will complete 3 shamanic journeys:

*One to your inner garden, where you will see the state of your inner garden and what needs your attention.

*One to meet your power animal, who will offer assistance on your path.

*One to recieve wisdom and guidance where you feel stuck or lost.

What will be provided?

Circle members will be given blankets, yoga mats, pillows, eye masks, journals and pens. Oils, crystals, and candles will also be provided for anyone that would like to contribute to the alter of the evening but to not have anything to bring.

Circle members are also welcomed to bring any oils, crystals, or stones they would like to assist them. Members are also encouraged to bring an item for the evening's alter. All alter items will be returned at the end of the group.
