During the cacao ceremony, we will honor the ancient wisdom of this sacred plant medicine, allowing its heart-opening properties to guide us on a profound inner exploration. The pure and ceremonial-grade cacao will be carefully prepared and consumed, connecting us to the spirit of the cacao and facilitating a deeper connection to ourselves and others.
Next, we will delve into the power of breath work, using conscious breathing techniques to awaken, energize, and restore the body. Through rhythmic breathing, we will release stress, tension, and emotional blockages, allowing for a heightened state of clarity, vitality, and inner peace.
To further enhance our journey, we will also be channeling universal life force energy to promote deep relaxation and healing. Through gentle touch and non-touch techniques, Reiki helps to balance the body’s energy centers, dissolve energetic blockages, and restore harmony on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional.
As an added bonus, and to conclude our transformative evening, we will bathe in the healing vibrations of sound. Using crystal singing bowls and the power of vocal toning, the sound healing session will create a meditative soundscape, allowing you to integrate the evening’s experiences, deepen your relaxation, and elevate your overall sense of well-being.
This event is open to all, whether you are new to these practices or have previous experience.
