Experience the transformative power of sound and the heart-opening properties of ceremonial cacao as we journey together into a realm of deep relaxation and inner exploration.As we gather in a tranquil setting, you’ll be welcomed with a warm cup of rich, organic cacao, lovingly prepared to awaken your senses and open your heart. Guided by Zach Osgood, our certified facilitator, you’ll learn about the ancient traditions of cacao and its role in promoting mindfulness and community connection. Once you are comfortably reclined on a yoga mat or chair, Melody Osgood, LAc will perform wellness acupuncture while you are immersed in a soothing sound bath also led by Zach Osgood.
Let the vibrations of crystal bowls, singing pyramids, and other sacred instruments wash over you, facilitating deep relaxation and healing.
