Designed to strengthen connection between lovers, this workshop fosters mindful sensuality and attentive focus on one another. Your hosts have set the cozy vibes with low, moody lighting & sensual low-fi beats. Sink into the experience on a personal island of mats, blankets & bolsters - curated just for two.
This event begins with unifying breath & movement, followed by companion yoga poses intended to deepen the shapes for each partner. Couples will sink into moments of quiet focus, spark playful laughter and ignite intimacy throughout the evening.
