As the seasons shift and the energy turns inward, We invite you to slow down, drop into your body, and move from the ground up. Sacral Flow offers a gentle, beginner-friendly movement experience held in nature—designed to ground your energy and support embodied release through the wisdom of the root and sacral chakras. This beginner-friendly workshop blends sensual stretch, slow jazz-inspired movement, and restorative floorwork to awaken your sacral space—the home of creativity, pleasure, and emotional release.

In this workshop, you’ll be guided through:

• Breath-led movement to stabilize and center the nervous system

• Grounding stretch and flow sequences to activate the root chakra

• Gentle, flowing choreography inspired by jazz, designed for all bodies and levels

Begin with a barefoot earthing ritual. End in stillness, guided by sound.
