Join us for an evening of gentle movement and creative expression designed to awaken your Sacral Chakra- the center of creativity, pleasure, and inner child energy. We will begin with a 40 minute gentle yoga practice, focused on soft hip opening, fluid movement, and mindful breath to help you release tension and reconnect with your natural sense of play and flow. This grounding, accessible practice invites you to move intuitively, letting go of expectations and perfection. After yoga, we will transition into painting pottery. This will allow the creative energy cultivated on the mat to flow into your hands. No artistic experiences needed as this is about expression, curiosity, and the creative process not the final result.This is designed for adults with all abilities (no prior yoga or painting experience necessary). Wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat and beverage to stay hydrated (snacks are ok while you paint too).
Cost is $34 plus tax per person and includes the yoga session with Bea Ann Semisorow and one pottery piece to be painted by you. We will have 4 pottery options for you to select from including a plate, bowl, yoga cat figure or mug. Photo in comments.
Payment is required to sign up and is nonrefundable. You are welcome to paint more than one pottery item at an additional fee. Sign up is required by calling the studio at 330-723-1112.
