This is the second session in a comprehensive seven-part series focused on understanding and balancing the chakras. This ticket is for the course on 2/22 from 1000-1130am. This ticket is for general admission only. (Which includes: a crystal tumble, a guided journal prompt, a weekly calendar, monthly calendar, 2 Goal sheets, a coloring page for the chakra, an example recipe, and a tea bag containing our handcrafted tea blend. (You will also get a binder and a coloring page for the front cover during this class to be able to use for this course and all subsequent courses if you haven’t already received one.)
**The enhanced Chakra Balancing Kit can also be purchased which includes: two large palm stones, towers, or spheres, one ounce of our handcrafted tea, a selection of additional relevant herbs if applicable, extra journal prompt pages, and a specially crafted aromatherapy mist. This is an add on and must be added in addition to your general admission ticket. This purchase can be found on our website in the workshops and classes category.

In this class, we will explore the Sacral Chakra - its role, how to identify signs of imbalance, and effective methods for rebalancing it using energy healing, meditation, crystals, aromatherapy, and herbal remedies. At the end of the session, participants will engage in a guided meditation (time permitting) designed to restore harmony to the Root Chakra, complemented by crystal- and herb-infused water.
This class is led by Jacelyn Cole, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Purdue University, with a concentration in Alternative and Complementary Medicine. Her studies focused on a range of healing practices, including meditation, aromatherapy, energy healing, crystal therapy, and ecotherapy. Additionally, Jacelyn is a retired veteran, having proudly served 21 years in the United States Air Force.
