Peter Ison, a Reiki Master, NLP Master practitioner, IEMT practitioner and sound therapist... will be using different instruments and frequencies to target healing from within, bringing harmony and balance to the chakras.
This is the second of 7 chakra balancing sound baths that Peter will be doing, focus on individual chakras for each session.
Root Chakra - Muladhara
Sacral Chakra - Svadhisthana
Solar plexus Chakra - Manipura
Heart Chakra - Anahata
Throat Chakra -Vishudda
Third eye Chakra - Ajna
Crown Chakra - Sahasrara
This sound session will particularly focus on the sacral chakra (Svadhisthana), which is associated with feelings of sexual , emotional and creative expression. Located at the bottom of the lower abdomen just below the navel, this chakra is associated with the Water element, the colour orange, and mantra 'VAM'. When aligned and in balance, it manifests as being able to connect with others through feelings, desires, sensations and movement. It brings fluidity and grace, depth of feeling, sexual fulfillment and the ability to accept change. Imbalanced attributes however manifest as feelings of guilt, shyness, irresponsibility, infertility, sexual issues, allergies and eating disorders.

This sound bath will begin with a grounding breathwork and relaxation exercise before moving into the sound therapy session..

5:20pm - 6:05pm Sound bath for sacral chakra balancing
6:05pm - Optional Departure
6:05pm - 7pm Optional tea and social to discuss experience with Peter/ each other.
