Join this restorative afternoon focused on the energy in our Sacral ChakraSacral Chakra is linked to our creative force, emotions, and sexual energy.
When this part of the body is blocked we can feel numb, have difficulty experiencing pleasure, lack of creativity and ability to connect with others. When clear you will feel connected, creative, and expressive.
This class will be a playful blend of mantra, movement, herbalism, sound healing and Sacred Nourishment.
This event supports the healing space of All Love movement as well as Herb & Forage and is offered on a scale. $40-$55 per person. Space is limited to 8 participants, so please sign up as soon as you can confirm your availability.
If you missed the Root chakra you are still eligible to participate, however it is recommended to do a private session with Olive to catch up! You will receive your first session for $55 ❤️ If this is taken out of order there is no problem. We offer these once a month, so you are able to integrate your personal practices into the knowledge we share.
