🌈 Help Shape the Future of SacFR! 🌈At our August Strategic Planning Session, more than 25 members came together to dream big about where we’re headed. The message was clear: Sacramento FrontRunners & FrontWalkers is ready for shared leadership, more events, stronger connections, and a fresh structure that spreads responsibility across the club.
We’re moving toward a Leadership Circle + pods (Membership, Events & Social, Run Programming, Communications, Finance, Partnerships, Special Projects) — and this is your chance to help build it.
👉 This first planning meeting will:
Review at least two leadership structure options
Gather feedback from members who want to take on responsibilities
Decide on a direction to refine and finalize over the next two meetings
By the end of September, we’ll launch our new committees with their first kickoff meetings.
Who should come?
This meeting is for members who want to step up and play a role in leading SacFR — whether big or small. It is not a general membership meeting, but a working session for those ready to take on responsibilities.
