ALL WELCOME - PLEASE REGISTER SO WE HAVE ENOUGH DOUGHNUTS FOR EVERYONE.
Southern Athletic Club’s sweetest run! Here’s everything you need to know:
🕖 Start Time: 7am sharp from Knox Park – don’t forget daylight savings!
📍 Course: ~15km total, but feel free to turn back whenever suits you.

🍩 Bakery Stops (with approx. distances):
1. Espy Bakehouse – 5km mark
2. Becks Bakehouse – 7km mark
3. Bradleys Bakery – 12km mark
Each bakery has donut holes or cut treats waiting… Or BYOD (Buy Your Own Donut) and go all in with the Full Donut Challenge at every stop 😏
🙏 Please thank the bakery staff as you pass through—they’re ready for us, even if we arrive at different times.
☕ Post-Run Chill:
Back at Knox, grab a coffee or cold drink, lounge on the beanbags, soak up the sun.
