IT’S BRAAI TIME AGAIN! Everyone’s welcome so COME JOIN US in celebrating South African National Braai Day with some serious gees (the Afrikaans word for “spirit” or "vibe")!!
Summer is coming and down in S.A. they don't pull on stubbies & jandles to fire up the barbie - they gooi on their Teesavs and slops to light the braai!
(This becomes even more mandatory when the Springboks are playing!!)
The 24th September is Heritage Day in S.A. but it’s better known on African shores as Braai Day!
Down here at Botany Hunting & Fishing we are once again inviting all the local Saffas and anyone who wants a taste of SA culture to come celebrate with us in true Saffa style!
We’ll have proper BOEREWORS ROLLS on sale at $4 a pop. Or a FREE wors roll when you complete a fun in-store challenge on the day!
PLUS an exciting addition this year with CADAC firing up the scottle (as they expand their range in NZ under the Dometic flag).
We’ll be running plenty of crazy 1-day only deals throughout the store to celebrate, including great deals on Traeger and Cadac cookers! You won’t want to miss out and the Botany staff can’t wait to show you what’s on offer!!
Once again there will be mouthwatering demos on the Traeger grills, along with S.A. cool drinks and awesome gift ideas from online store Something From Home.
And this year we’re also excited to be joined by The Tradie BBQ (@thetradiebbq AKA Simon Walden) who’ll be joining in and helping out.
We also have some amazing prize draws (did someone say a YETI cooler?) & lucky prizes up for grabs again.
And let’s not forget that the Bokke are playing Los Pumas Sunday morning! Throw your Springbok jersey on and come grab breakfast with us. Or lunch. Or both! GO BOKKE!!
