[S4 Englewood] Monday Midday Reset: Audio Pharmacology™ w/ Shannon Harris

This 2 hour experience entails identifying mental and physical pathways to better wellness. Participants will discover mental/physical wellness tools and apply them in person testing their effectiveness in real time. The session will end with an Audio Pharmacology™ Sound Spa© which promotes rest, relaxation, and restoration.

• November 4th, November 11th, November 18th, November 25th, December 2nd, December 9th, December 16th
• People with epilepsy are not encouraged to participate in this session. For those who do not feel safe in spaces that are dimly lit or when asked to close their eyes to relax, are suggested to attend the HAC (Healing Arts & Craft) series.
• Please wear comfortable clothing
• Bring a blanket, sweater, socks, shaw/scarf, and pillow
