Röthaí Presents: Nathan Myers & Company LIVE at The BAD Space in Salem, Oregon! On Friday, March 28th, The BAD Space will be hosting a very special performance by Indi-Acoustic Musical Performing Artist Nathan Myers & Company!
Nathan Myers is known for performing unique, Acoustic based arrangements of familiar songs, spirited original music and occasionally unforgotten, B-side numbers. His Indi-Acoustic performances speak to music lovers of all ages, ignoring the ideology and constraints of genre and focus solely on the enigma of the music!
Nathan has invited some of his friends and musical colleagues to join him onstage for this special evening of music and community. Guitarist and Vocalist Harley Wainscott from Outlaw Country Band Copper Ridge will be sitting in for a few songs. Mark Babson, who is a talented & classically trained violinist will also be performing on select songs.
Rachel Phelps is a longtime friend of Nathan Myers that has been performing with him vocally at select events over the past ten to fifteen years. You may have also heard her singing with her band, “The Big Red Band”. Rachel will be joining Nathan for a few songs, bringing her unique & soulful vocal stylings to the show.
This evening will conclude with a short set from Alt-Country Rock Band, Amaranthÿne. Amaranthÿne is an ever evolving, sometimes illusive musical project founded in 2012 by Aaron Stone, JJ Stone & Nathan Myers. The current lineup includes JJ Stone on Bass, Robert Ness on Drums, Jason Stone on Rhythm Guitar & Vocals and Nathan Myers on Vocals, Rhythm & Lead Guitar.
Joining Amaranthÿne for this evening’s performance on electric guitar is Nathan’s life-long friend Jason Goodard. Jason was very influential in encouraging Nathan to acquire his own guitar and start learning to play in high school. The two have remained friends over the years, both playing & performing in their own bands & projects and it’s been a long time since the two shared the stage together!
